Autant dire que les dividendes ne pourront pas servir de rémunération principale de l'entrepreneur individuel, alors que l'associé unique d'une EURL soumise à IS reste totalement libre face à cet arbitrage dividendes-rémunération. Cette différence fait finalement de l'EIRL une bonne publicité pour l'EURL, sauf si ce plafonnement des dividendes non soumis aux cotisations des TNS annonce la réforme plus large souhaitée par le Conseil des Prélèvements Obligatoires, à savoir soumettre les dividendes des sociétés aux cotisations sociales...
